1. Avoid oily foods and start using cooking oils with low cholesterol value.
2. Increase your protein intake because proteins develops mass which in turn burns fat.
3. Raw vegetables are more healthy then cooked items. But cooked vegetables are less on calorie amount so no need to sacrifice taste in this issue.
4. Avoid Bananas, because if taken right after milk, weight gain is imminent. Banana shakes are used to gain weight as everyone knows.
5. If you are an alcoholic then either go for expensive whiskey brands which have little impact on your belly or go for other alcoholic contents such a beer or wine. Big round bellies are the first indication of alcoholics.
6. Steps which help you gain weight can also help you lose weight. By this i mean is to simply reverse the methods. First would be to take small meals after few hours instead of 3 big meals a day. Second would be to avoid all those exercises which are specifically designed for weight gain.
7. Dairy products such as yogurt, cheese and butter must not be even present in your refrigerator.
8. Water is most effective in losing weight. Drinking lots of water will increase you metabolism and burn your calories faster. Develop a habit of carrying a water bottle everywhere you go.
9. Being a complete vegetarian is the biggest effort you can make. I am not asking you to support PETA but support yourself by losing weight.
10. Change your milk type. Cow’s milk is more nutritious then Buffalo’s milk. So, start drinking milk brought from buffaloes.
