Always remember to use a good antiperspirant. Explore through various brands because not all antiperspirants are suitable for every body type. Avoid perfumes because when they mix with your body sweat, the fragrance might turn to smell.

Internet is filled with websites teaching people how to eat and exercise properly to live a healthy life. But most of these articles are a mere promotion of their ebooks or health products to loose weight or get fit in a very short time.

But instead of buying those books on what to eat and what to avoid, a person must be capable of deciding themselves which food is good for them. It’s not difficult as rocket science to understand the difference between healthy and junk food.

Next time you go grocery shopping then do remember to read the labels carefully. All those ‘Fat Free’ labels on products do not tell the whole story, check the ingredients. Sometimes there is additional carbohydrates present in the form of sugar (fructose) or more commonly known as taste enhancers. Mostly the amount of these enhancers are not mentioned, general idea is to avoid such products. You don’t have to analyze each detail every time. Stick to the same products. The only external help you should take, must be on how to read labels. Understand the importance of various vitamins and minerals. Accordingly decide the diet required by you or your family.

Go for fresh vegetables available just outside the grocery shops rather then packed ones.

Develop a habit for fruits. Pick up apples, mangoes, melons and these must replaced by your more then occasional quick snack times between regular meals.

Food with good quantity of proteins and acids will improve you metabolic rate of digesting food faster. Food appetizer before dinner will stop you from eating excessively.

Fat products are heavy on your stomach and requires hours of digestion before being passed on as waste. Milk products should not be avoided but limited by necessary quantity required everyday. Sugar based food (fruits) and proteins must taken at different time.

10. Change your milk type. Cow’s milk is more nutritious then Buffalo’s milk. So, start drinking milk brought from buffaloes.

How to Stay Active All Day

Being active is more of a personal need then doing it for others. How many times we pretend that we are active but always looking for easy way out and delay work as much as possible. Activeness is not a personal trait but a part of a lifestyle which anyone can attain with no restrictions whatsoever.

Getting tired can mainly be attributed to lack of proper sleep, incomplete diet, excessive drinking or smoking. For a normal Adult (18+) a minimum of 8 hours of sleep is required. Incomplete sleep will lead to yawning, tiredness, dullness and leave you out of energy. As a result at the end of the day you cannot expect to be still active.

One of the other major factor is stress. Negative thinking will zap all our energy out leaving us feeling low and inactive. But if staying active is your daily struggle then lack of physical activity could be the reason. Exercises are important to increase stamina and endurance for long hours of work.

The best ways to stay active and full of energy is to focus on your diet. Eat high energy foods such as fish, bananas, fresh vegetables, juices and so on. The food which must be avoided should be milk products, junk food (chips and cola) and meat (pork/beef). Chocolates and ice creams are high on fat but high energy food too. They are feel good food which changes your mood.

Sometimes you are following a right diet and exercising everyday but still that exhausting feeling still lingers, then the last resort would be to try sleeping for 1-2 hours extra then normal and see if there are any improvements.
